Terms of Service

The service

CodeGPT, run by Nubri GmbH, Berlin ("we"), is an AI agent that writes, runs and previews code in your workspaces. Generated code can contain bugs or security problems: review and test it before you use it. You may use what it writes for you for any lawful purpose.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 18. Keep your password and API keys safe. No malware, no attacks on other systems, no unlawful content, no attempts to break out of the sandbox, reach other users' data or get around the limits (including creating accounts to collect free requests).

Plans

Free accounts get 5 agent requests a month once the email address is confirmed, once per inbox. Pro costs $20 a month with 100 agent requests a month. With your own xAI key, requests run on your key. Pro renews monthly through Stripe until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CodeGPT available but cannot promise it without interruption. We will tell you about changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they apply, and you can cancel before then.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

Ending the contract

You can stop at any time; to have your account deleted, email info@nubri.co. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days without giving a reason; the 14 days start on the day the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.

We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used. Because you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away, you pay for the share of the billing period up to your withdrawal.

Law

German law applies; if you are a consumer, the protective rules of the country where you live still apply. For merchants, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
